Hello! I’m Gwen Gannon, Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (CCES), Functional Training Specialist (FTS), and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). I’m also the owner and founder of FIT: Functionally Informed Training, aka the FIT Studio.

I started the FIT Studio because I am committed to creating an environment that is driven by how your body moves, not how it looks.

If you are feeling:

  • like your body is old, broken, or just not “normal”

  • stuck, hopeless, tired, and in pain

  • ignored by general healthcare recommendations

…I truly believe you can feel strong, empowered, and in less pain through strategic movement and massage therapy. At the FIT Studio, you will receive plenty of tools to address pain if it ever comes up so that you can feel confident about trying new activities and situations.

I use a strength-based approach that focuses on what is already working well in your existing skills and resources to promote healing, resilience, empowerment, and positive change. Together, we meet your body where it is and build on it from there.

At the FIT Studio, there is no one single way a body “should” move, look, or feel. Every BODY is welcome, and every BODY can heal. You can move the way you need and want to, and it’s never too late!
